Seems like the biggest compliant with almost all of them is noise. Pretty trivial in my books.

“ Buick Encore Leather MSRP : $24,065 | This SUV lost points for its reliability.”
So wait, they didn’t that it was reliable!? I’m thinking they’re missing an adjective (like “poor” perhaps?) in there.

Consumer Reports is bullshit. They dwell on the littlest things without caring about the overall picture, and I’m pretty sure they get paid to compliment certain brands.

I don’t pay them much mind, and the couple of times I’ve used their recommendations I’ve been disappointed, though not with cars.

Speaking of which, how is it even possible to test the reliability of a brand new car anyway?

God dammit, never fails, when you criticize someone else’s writing you’re bound to make a mistake in yours. I’m missing a “like” in my first sentence.

Jeez, for a $12,000 new car it’s going to be clunky.

I could put up with a lot for $12,000 new, but then I could buy a lot of car used for that money. I will probably go to my grave never having owned a new car.

They’re being marked down to like $9,000 almost everywhere. For a new car, with a great warranty it’s not that bad of a deal. Good appliance cars.
